Rates are per night and include a gourmet, full breakfast and evening hors’d’oeurves with beverages.  Rates vary per room size and amenities, season, and are subject to change.

 Policies 

- Rates exclude 6% state tax, other services, and gratuities.

- Room rates are based on double occupancy.  $20 per additional person will be charged, including children.

- We require a credit card number to reserve all rooms.  You may use VISA or MasterCard.  Full payment is requested upon check-in.  We accept the credit cards above, personal and corporate checks.

- A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 10 days in advance.  Otherwise, your deposit will be credited to a future visit.

- Minimum stay of two nights required during peak season, holidays, and for football weekends.

- Check-In:  3 p.m. till 9 p.m.

- Check-out:  By 11 a.m.

- We are a non-smoking environment.  There is no smoking in the Inn or on the grounds.  An additional fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card account we hold if guests choose to ignore this policy.  An additional nights stay may also be billed if we need to air out the room.

- We welcome children of all ages.

- No pets, please.
